The job will include, but not be limited to:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing conflict, and other employment issues
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Ensure legal compliance
  • Administer employee discipline processes
  • Manages human resource information systems and employee database
  • Coordinate employee safety, welfare and wellness

  • 4 year degree required in related field
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience with primary HR Responsibilities
  • Human Resources generalist experience
  • Knowledge of the principles and practices of hr management

  • Knowledge of relevant software
  • Must have excellent customer service skills.
