  1. A) To report to work in proper uniform, well groomed, and punctual at all time
  2. B) To prepare, produce, cook banquet, and line food as described by chefs.
  3. C) Read production lists from chefs and to produce all items necessary at time needed according to all standa
  4. D) To prepare sauces, stocks, and soups as directed.
  5. E) To check walk-ins, reach-ins, boxes and storage areas for cleanliness, leftover products, and organizati
  6. F) To check station prior to service, ensuring that all is in working order and ready for serv
  7. G) Maintain all equipment in good order by proper use and care. Also aid in repairs by reporting to Chef or Sous Chef any problems with equipment (steam kettles, steamers, ovens, refrigerator, and any other equipment).
  8. H) Put away produce, meat, fish, and dry goods in designated areas when items are delivered to the Club to ensure proper storage temperatures for perishable item (Ice down fish at all times).
  9. I) To dish out all hot and cold plates for A la Carte, Tennis and Banquets, ensuring portion size and presentation.
  10. J) To complete clean up/breakdown of work area; reorganize/consolidate shelves and refrigerators after each shif
  11. K) Fulfill any other request made of you by management that is in the best interest of the Club.
  12. L) Any other job related duties that are assigned.
